Neon Drive Club is a net based service offering an insight into a particular Japanese subculture through articles, photographic and video content. We also make arrangements for items located in Japan to be exported to locations outside of Japan. Any communication with Neon Drive Club will be to interact with the aforementioned content, or to discuss, enquire about, receive a quote, or any other consultation relating to the acquisition of goods located in Japan, with the intention of having said goods exported to a location outside of Japan.
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture may be visible to the public in the context of your comment.

To be removed from our mailing list you can unsubscribe at the bottom of any content or marketing email we send you.
We do not collect any information regarding payment methods, including credit cards, email addresses or bank accounts. We utilize Paypal or Stripe for the processing of credit cards and all information is handled by the service used. Likewise, when a direct transfer to our bank account is made via Wise, or your preferred financial institution we will not store any of your personal or banking information.
Direct interaction with Neon Drive Club will be had through email message. All correspondence will be kept within a Gmail account inbox for traceability and record keeping. At present we are trialing Streak CRM with our Gmail inbox and so correspondence will be organized via the Streak system.
If you opt in to receive promotional material or content updates your email and name will be shared with Mailchimp or Inbox in order to provide you with said material or updates via email.
Under no other circumstance will your personal data be disclosed to any third party unless otherwise required by law.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
All correspondence made via email, including the email forwarded to us via the contact form at www.neondriveclub.com/contact will be stored in our Gmail inbox indefinitely for accountability.
If you have left comments on our site you can request to have us erase your comments. We are not obliged to delete correspondence made to us via email or elsewhere.
